The classes are aplenty at TruHIT Fitness in Ahwatukee and you can bring the kids.

I went to the gym for a meeting a few weeks ago and I was so surprised with what I found. The gym is a great size allowing space for social distancing and there’s plenty of equipment to get that max benefit out of the classes offered.

There is a play room for the young kids and “kids care” is provided during certain hours. There’s a large room with tables where they offer shakes and other healthy snacks and supplements plus spacious, clean bathrooms with showers so it’s a snap to clean up quickly after class.
