It’s Katie, The Ahwatukee Mom, here. We did it again! We bought another beautiful Ahwatukee home, this time in Ahwatukee Custom Estates, that we are going to remodel. We close at the end of October and then it begins.

Here’s my run down of what happened first, how we got our offer accepted and what happened during home inspections.

Next up, appraisal and then we are headed to closing. We are SO busy making plans and sourcing materials for the remodel. We are not hiring a GC. We’ll do some ourselves and will sub out what we need to. Just like we did with our current home and the home before that.
