During these times of quarantine, social distancing, and online school, it's very easy for parents and children to lose patience more quickly than normal. Being stuck inside can become mentally exhausting and physically deteriorating. One of the most important things we are not hearing alongside wear a mask, wash your hands, and stay home, is take care of your body and mind.
